Hey everyone I'm new here and need a little help. I drive a 2000 Sonoma with a 2.2, 5 speed. When i'm driving down the road running about 65 mph my truck will just bog down like someone cut the fuel off. I can down shift and it speeds back up to normal. but here lately thats not even working the Service engine has been on since i bought the truck but when it does this it starts to flash. I took it to Auto Zone the code said MAP sensor was bad I replaced that and it seem to drive better for about 2 weeks then it started doing it again. I work with a couple of shade tree mechanics and they said that my CAT. may be stopped up. I pulled it and its been hollowed out. Changed the plugs but the wires looked pretty new so i left those alone. I pulled the downstream o2 sensor and that helped but not completely. It has a rough ideal and backfires sometimes especially when you start it first thing in the morning. Not sure what my next my next move should be. please Help thanks
