Hi all, my first post
I have a 2001 gmc with a 4.8 l engine.
This past spring we had bad flooding in our area & a friend drove this truck off a submerged rock wall on his golf course, the water was up to the dash!
All the fluids were drained & replaced, the truck sat all summer to dry out.
I offered to try to get it running for him, first problem i found is no spark.
Being that it sunk & was running would the ECM/PCM be fryed? Is there any way to test them?
I googled & did lots of reading but came up empty, any help would be appreciated
Thanks
