when I try to start the car there is LOUD pop and then dark gray smoke comes out from under the hood on the drivers side. I have this issue for over four years now. I usually just towed it to the repair shop. The last three times I decided to start the car again. 1st time, the car won't start (dead) but the radio was on. 2nd time, the car started and the engine was running but you can tell it is about to stop running. 3rd time, it started and allow me to drive home. (One mile). The engine was running very fast; I had to push my brake all the way down to stop. The car seemed like speech up without hitting the gas paddle. Loud noise coming from the dashboard or under the hood.
Replaced vacuum motor cover and recently replace vacuum hose. I still having the same issue. Please give me some idea what is wrong.
