I have a 2002 Envoy. When driving between 30 and 45mph, If I hit a pothole or bump, the front right tire feels like it is going over rumble strips. It doesnt stop until I hit the brakes and slowdown (usually under 30 stops it). I have already replaced the wheel hub and both upper/lower ball joints. I dont know where to look from here. Any suggestions?

Sound like metal hitting metal? Check your swaybar end links, stock ones are not good. Grab the end link with your hand and try and move it, if there's some play there, replace it. Will make a clunking sound.

Try feeling the tread surface of your tire for any lumps. If it's not a wheel hub or ball joint issue, there could be a problem with the tire itself. If this occurred after your hit a bump or pothole, it's possible the tire could have had a steel belt breakage or tread separation. If the tire is not the problem, perhaps it's better you have an experienced technician check for steering and alignment issues.

I was able to find out the issue with the axle. The axle disconnect housing bearing was completely gone from the housing and was allowing for the cv axle to bounce up and down with the right amount of force, while it was spinning
