Evening all,
I'm hoping someone somewhere can shed some light on this, cause I'm about at my wits end here.

I had a driver side brake light go out, so since I always replace them in pairs, I decided to put a set of LED brake lights in. After I put them in I didn't have any brake lights at all; neither side or the top worked. I also have the red BRAKE and yellow ABS lights lit on my dash, but those have been lit for a while. I should also note that when I lost my brake lights, I also lost my cruise control. I still have my regular tail lights / running lights and turn signals, but no brake lights or cruise control.

Things I've Tried
-Putting regular incandescent brake lights in.
-I've tested all the the fuses that I can find that are related to the brake system. I've even pulled them out and physically looked at them.
-I've replaced the brake switch under the dash.
-I put a pulled the brake light plug and tested each circuit with a meter. I found that the brake light circuit is not getting any power at all.

Things To Note
-I found that the 3157's that I put in were not what was specified in the user manual; it called for 3057's. Not sure if that could be the problem or not.
-When depressing the brake pedal, I can hear a clicking in the center console under the radio and climate controls. I've always heard this, but I'm not sure what it is and I'm not in a hurry to tear that apart to find out.

I'll edit this post and put any more info in that I can think of. But if anyone can point me in the right direction for troubleshooting, I'd greatly appreciate it.
