I don't know too much about cars, but I am mechanically inclined. I've done sone minor alterations on my 2002 GMC Sonoma 4cy to make it my own (Replaced inside lights with LEDs, Installed a cold air intake, new tail lights, install a tool box, new 3rd door handle, ect.). But I don't like how weak it is. Is there anything relatively inexpensive I can do to increase the power, or do I need to just accept what it is, and not waste money that I could be saving for a more powerful truck? What would a Flowmaster system do? What about just a Flowmaster muffler?
