2003 Envoy, HEATER never gets hot

When I turn the heat on and raise the temp controllers to HOT, the fan motor blows air, but it NEVER gets hot. Not even warm...

Any idea what can cause this? The engine temp runs around 190.

What is the engine temp doing or is there any coolant in the system.

Perhaps it could be the Thermostat.
