2003 gmc envoy won't start. When I turn the key, lights work and all power works but it won't turn over. It tries to but it just won't. Once in awhile it will but not often

In order for us to get it to start we have to pull 3 40 amp fuses from under the hood, wait a minute and put them back in. Sometimes we have to do this 1-5 times and then it will start.

Any ideas what this could be?
Security light is not on

I would have to say that the starter solenoid is weak (bad),so by you removing the fuses it allows the solenoid to reset , when you turn the key to start the engine the solenoid kicks in ,but is to weak to turn the engine over ,so it's causing the starter solenoid to hang -up until you turn the key off or until you pull the fuses. One more thing you should check is the starter relay ,it could be sticking as well.
