I'm buying a 2003 GMC Sonoma off one of my brother's and I was wondering what upgrades I can do to her to improve her power and mpg? I've been looking at cold air intakes and I'm wondering what the difference in makes are as far as short, long, straighter, curvy, and what kind anyone may recommend as far as price and brand are concerned. Also I am going to be adding my truck tool box off my 95' f150 to the Sonoma and would like to know the impact to the mpg it will have. I'm not very mechanically savvy but am totally willing to learn, whereas home construction comes as second nature to me.
