Anybody put in upgrades as far as the computer system for there truck. I have a 2003 GMC Sierra 4x4 with a 4.8L V-8. Saw on a T.V show that the best upgrade for the least amount of money was a small, dash mounted system that really helps fuel economy and performance. True or Not?. Anybody with info is more than welcome.
