Bought the truck about a month ago and found while on the highway the high horn wasn't working. now the low horn doesn't work either. Fuse is good, relay is good. Read something about "the horn pad" is that referring to the pad in the steering wheel? If so, I really don't think that's it either because the horn doesn't sound when I lock it with my fob anymore either....any suggestions? does this seem like a cut and dry new horn?
