2004 GMC Envoy wont start with key?

2004 GMC Envoy wont start with key by itself, it only starts with the auto starter from my alarm system made by Prestige. With just the key, lights and everything works but nothing starts when it comes to starting the car. What should I do to take care of this problem?

2004 GMC Envoy wont start with key by itself, it only starts with the auto starter from my alarm system made by Prestige. With just the key, lights and everything works but nothing starts when it comes to starting the car. What should I do to take care of this problem?

Your going to need the read the manual to the remote starter and reprogram your option features. It's set up right now that the ignition key will not take a signal, the other thing to is check to see if your vale switch was turned on and is causing your Envoy to only start with the remote.
