I have a 2004 gmc envoy xl that has been stripped of all body panels including door and roof. i have plugged in all electrical that i can minus the doors. the car now will start for a couple of seconds and then die. have checked all fuses and relays. tried the pass lock bypass at the switch (which I didn't think would work but did it anyway.) checked fuel pressure as well that holds firm at 60 psi. the security light does not stay on. my question is are the doors incorporated into the security system. would not having the doors hooked up electrically affect this system? have plenty of gas and a clean filter.
