I own a 2004 Envoy XUV. My car has been stalling and dying out in stop go traffic. When I took it in to GMC to diagnose the guy told me my number 3 valve was warped and it would cost me around $5000 to fix but they would only repair that one valve. Then he told me that he's noticed other Envoy that had the same problem when the reach around 100,000 miles like mine. So I asked if it was a defect in the vehicle and he said no. I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem and is it even worth fixing? How does this type of problem occur?
