I'm the original owner of a 2004 gmc sierra crew cab Z71, with 40,000 miles...just recently, the wipers are malfunctioning - it seems that the wipers will only work if I tilt the steering wheel to the top position, if I lower the tilt wheel for my driving position, they stop working.....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
