Hi all. I recently purchased a 2005 Sierra that has heated seats. The wife absolutely loves that it has this option. The problem I am having, however, is that they won't always work properly. Twice now, we have left to go out to eat. The seats will turn on fine when we leave the house. When we are done eating, and leave the restaurant, she will push the button to turn them on, and they won't work. The next morning, when I leave for work, they will work properly again. This happened the same way both times. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Thanks for any help in advance.

Harmening,
I would like to apologize for the issues that you are experiencing with your heated seats. I would recommend that you have your dealer look into this for you. They may be in the best position to get this issue diagnosed for you. Please keep me posted and if you have any other questions please feel free to contact me anytime.
Thank you,

Stacy,

Some of us do our own work on the vehicles we own and do not want to take a vehicle to a dealer we want answers from other people that have solved the problem. I for one have never taken a car or truck to a dealer or repair shop in 35 years of driving, I have always repaired them myself.

That's what a forum is for after all, not to direct people to spend money on a dealer but to repair the problem ourselves.
