Hello,
I am looking at a 2006 denali, black, with the 6.0 vortec max engine. I,ve never had an all wheel drive before, nor anything as nice as a denali, though I DID have an slt in the past. Are these decent, reliable trucks? it has 99k miles on it, and is sweet. has the sun roof, dvd system for my son, beautiful ride, one owner, though the current dealer(a dodge dealer, hope it didnt get cooties:eek:) got it at an auction after the first owner traded it in.

Any common problems or things to look for with these, or the 06 in particular? Is this a "go after" or a "run away from" truck?

thanks!

There great trucks, just have to keep up on maintenance such as fluid service ect... The 6 liter is a great engine but a killer on fuel driving around city but does get much better on hyway.

When inspecting the Denali, make slow sharp S turns in a empty parking lot and listen for any unusual noise from the front end and under the Denali paying close attention to the transfer case area.

Any noise that does not seem normal could indicate an issue with your drive line...:(

Keep us posted ;)
