Hi everyone
Love my GMC truck
Curious question, I know this has been beaten around the bush a bit with other models of GMC Sierra, but this question is in regard to the real world fuel mileage. I have a 5.3L, Crew cab, 50,000miles, SLE Model, original tires, short box, canopy, maintained regularly, and on average I am getting 12.3 - 15.2 combined mpg.
I installed the larger (vertical split) tow mirrors and believe it or not the aerodynamic resistance by these mirrors had an impact on my mileage, dropping 1-2 mpg. What's everyone's observations ?
