Hey all, new to the thread here and was wondering about two things in my truck. 1st I am getting a rattle while hitting small bumps in my driver side door. The rattle is on the left side window while facing it from the inside and also I am getting air coming through at 70+ mph. Is this a door adjustment maybe?? It is annoying and then my second is a rattle from the passenger front side windshield while on the interstate 75+mph getting a rattle from the outside? Any help would be appreciated...otherwise I love my truck. Only 42,000 miles on it.

Do you have a bug deflector on the hood? Those can interrupt the aero-dynamics and cause a sound similar to a rattle from air buffeting the exterior door and windshield trim.

The outside rattle may be a wiper blade issue. Also on my 2006 Sierra I get noise from the antenna at high speeds but this is more of a whistle than a rattle.

thought it was the wiper, got new ones and the sound persists...its like it is coming from the stripping on the outside of the windshield...but deflector is not the issue, it made the sould with it off too, I can hear it on the passenger side windshield toward the top right.

Take some masking tape and cover the strip you thing might be the cause. If the noise goes away, you found the problem.
