My truck is a 2007 gmc sierra new body style. My problem is everytime I press the gas or let go of the gas there's a cracking or popping sound from the front of the truck, also when ever I start to brake or go less than 20mph the truck shakes, any ideas?
Thank you

Is there any check engine light on??? Sounds like your TCC (Torque Converter Clutch) solenoid is not disengaging. Best thing to do is have your Sierra brought to a transmission shop that test drive and scan for any transmission DTC codes free of charge.

Most transmission test drive free of charge, since they are looking for your business. If the TCC always locked: TCC apply solenoid circuit shorted to ground, TCC solenoid blockage (easy fix in pan), or TC broken (must remove trans and replace TC).

Good luck and keep us posted. :D
