2008 Envoy SLE Speaker Problem

I just bought a 2008 Envoy SLE. The rear driver speaker is out and both front speakers sound weak (like maybe they are going out or only the tweeters are working?). The rear passenger speaker sounds fine. Also, the door chime is not working. As far as I know all sound system components are stock.

I am assuming that replacing all the speakers will fix everything, but before I go to all that trouble, is it likely something else is the problem (i.e. wiring, the head unit, ect.)? Has anybody else had this type of issue and if so, what was the fix?
