2008 Gmc Sierra (lifting)

Hopefully I can get some ideas or even pictures from some of you that might of done this, but I have 20's and a stock 2WD extra/cab Sierra. I was thinking of doing 2 1/2 in spaces in the front and 3 in blocks in the back but couldn't figure out how big of a tire I could put on. If anyone has any ideas on tire sizes, pics, or even a better way to raise my truck without doing a full lift, please help.

I checked out the site and it looks great! Not sure this is something I can afford anytime soon but at least it is a cheaper option than a full lift. I think I'll do the SST lift for around $1,000 but still unsure on tires. From the website it appears if I have 20's I should only get 305/55/20 Nito Grapplers or something like that...

So I've been looking at this ready lift and can't figure out why it's so much more that just putting spacer on the front (2 1/2) and blocks on the back (3 in)? I could also get the rancho quick lift for less...

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Just the quality of the kit and design of it. There are cheaper kits out there, and you know what they say. You get what you pay for, most of the guys here like there Ready lift and yes i know they are expensive.

Your preference really on what you want to how you want to mod your Sierra. Which ever way you go, please keep us posted. Be glad to know how your project is going and be safe.
