2009 sierra ac/problem

hey guys i have a 2009 sierra dual ac digital with auto and the ac some times blows hot air on driver side and cold on passenger i heard something about an actuator ?
any body have a drawing or instructions how to replace it
any help would be appreciated thanks.

My brand new (only 6000 miles) 2011 Sierra did the same but reversed, hot was on the passenger side. I took it in to the service dept. and they had to reprogram the computer that operates the actuated doors under the dash. My brother in laws 2005 did the same but they had to change the actuators in his.
Mine also leaks water condensation from under the dash if I drive it with the A/C on for 2 or more hours nonstop. Dealer service couldn't replicate because they won't drive it around that long (not that I want them to) and did not find any plugged drains in the evaperator core case. Wheres the pride in craftmenship now days? Oh I know, it was replaced with the North American Free Trade Agreement!
