2010 GMC , brakes lock up

Hello everyone, newbie here. I have a 2010 Serria this has happened before but not in a long time, My front wheel locked up today driving about 30 mph. I have installed new wheel hubs awhile back. It is not a good feeling when this happens. anybody know what is causing this? Thanks
Edit, I have been told today that It could be a Range senser in Transfer Case making it go into low- range briefly , anybody heard of this??
