Ok, so, my right low beam bulb keeps burning out within 6 months. So this time I had enough. I put a ampmeter on the plug at the bulb and I am getting 14.55 volts while the veichle is running. So obviously its getting to much volts. So where do i go now? Obviously there is some sort of voltage regulator somewhere. Oh, and i have never touched the left bulb. Also, the connector looks fine, no corrosion, wires look fine. I never touch the bulb on install. Just using plain 12v 55w h11 bulbs. Anything else that I'm missing?

"Fully charged automotive batteries should measure at 12.6 volts or above. When the engine is running, this measurement should be 13.7 to 14.7 volts".

I don't think this is your problem.
