I have a 2010 Sierra and am having some issues. The steering wheel squeaks when turning either way (dealer says it's normal, but issue just started) and the compressor cycles on and off wayyy too often at idle and when this occurs it sounds like turbulence coming from the vents until the compressor kicks off. The dealer where I live has a bunch of idiots working for him. I work at another dealer and am ready to contact GM on this issues, but do not want any issues as we do business with one another. I have taken my vehicle in four tires for these issues. ANY ideas anyone??

ksjcustoms,
I would like to apologize for the issues that you are experiencing with your Sierra. If you would like me to look into this further for you please send me a PM with your name, address, phone number, VIN, current mileage and the name of your dealer. Either way, please keep me posted on this. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me anytime.
Thank you,

I do not know how to get a private message to you. Update on my issue. I took my vehicle in to the local dealership and they said they had most of my issues fixed and to come pick it up. I did. Still having same issues. The mode door that was "replaced" was beating against my windshield on my cowl where they left it. They said they a/c was two ounces low and they would fill it up and fix my issues. NOT. I had my technician check it and he found the clutch on the compressor is really loud and advised me that the compressor was most likely the issue. Back to the dealer. I called them on Monday (11-19-12) he advised me that he did not have a vehicle in for me to drive and would bring me one that afternoon. Have yet to hear from him. I would never do my customer's they way they have done me. My email is ksjcustoms@gmail.com if you need to get in touch with me.
