Hi folks,
I've got a 2011 GMC Sierra with the 4.8 Litre engine with 838 KMs on it. So here we go.
I have what feels like a click on my gas pedal every now and then. It's randon and doesn't seem to effect performance or driveability. I've never had this before on any other truck i've owned and wondered if it was normal since alot of the trucks I owned were old school.
Second question, basically the same as the first only this time I get a slight click, clunk or whatever on the brake pedal after I've turned the steering gear to or nearly to the stops. So is this normal or should I be worried about the brakes? Once again it hasn't affected driveability or performance.
Last question. How long does it take for the truck to start getting close to the advertised gas mileage. I know that it has to learn how you drive and blah blah blah, but I'm starting to wonder if GM was prevaracating somewhat when they said city driving 15.9 L per 100 K?. The only extra weight I've got on the truck are running boards, 50 LB Xtang tonneau cover and spray in box liner.
Sorry to have been so long winded but I figured I may as well kill three birds with one stone.
Thanks in advance
