Unit is a 2012 Yukon Denali XL. It is my 3rd such GM Suburban/Yukon vehicle and it is currently an every-other-day driver. I am looking for genuine/honest opinions on whether to keep sinking money into it or to sell it and move on to something newer. Unit currently needs about $1,500.00 of front suspension work including new struts. Thanks in advance!

STATS:
* 6.2L Denali XL, AWD
* Just turned over 240,000 miles
* Sold new and registered in TX
* I purchased used (second owner) in Indiana, in 2016 with 105,000 miles on the unit
MECHANICAL KNOWNS:
* Check Engine Light - scanned and returns code for catalytic converter issue. Been driving with this since about 110,000 miles.
* Full tune up w/plugs, wires, etc., etc., performed at about 180,000 miles
* Uses *some* (very little) oil between changes.
* Oil pressure usually varies between about 18lbs and 30lbs.
* Unit is on its 3rd oil sending unit since purchased used.
* I do run the next, higher viscosity synthetic oil in this unit to partially overcome lower oil pressure towards the end of the oil life.
* I have used some Lucas HD oil treatment in this unit from time to time in the past.
* Has one broken motor mount.
* Has exhaust valve leak (sounds worse at start up)
* Approx. 5 times a year, unit tows a 6 x 12 enclosed utility trailer. Otherwise, no other travel trailer/boat (heavy) towing has been done with this unit.
* Unit sometimes seems to hesitate to shift into a lower gear when ascending a hill or grade. Engine sounds and feels a bit like it is bogging down before grabbing the lower gear.
