if its not under warranty, i have had decent luck with Plastex Plastic Repair. I fixed my 2008 Sierra dash with it. I had a crack about 6 inches long. It's not the prettiest repair, but it isnt in the direct line of sight, and it stopped the crack from spreading. might be worth it to check it out. the kit is only about $30. if you are willing to take the dash apart you could actually fix it from the bottom side and the crack will completely disappear. i didnt want to get into all of that mess...
