2013 Sierra brakes shuttering

Hey yall. I have 26k on my truck and when im braking on the freeway, the brakes shutter like I have a warped rotor. It only does it when im around 60+ mph and not when im in normal city driving. If it was a rotor then it would happen all the time. My dealer says they wont fix it cause the warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, which I feel is bs also.

2 or 4 wheel drive

I get the same feeling on my 2011 1/2 ton 4x4. vibrates at highway speed if I do heavy braking or carrying a small trailer or loaded (well within vehicle specs) I have about 27k miles.

Was told that dealer will only do something if vehicle has 10k or less. and then that would include cutting the rotors, which would make them thinner......
