I have 2013 Yukon XL Denali with 32,000 miles on it and the A/C recirculate does not seem to work.
It has been to two different dealers and they say the system is working as designed.
The light comes on, but you still get all the outdoor pollution and exhaust from traffic into the vehicle.
I have owned at least 20 different vehicles, and this the only one that has not blocked the outside elements when needed. Living in Houston and experiencing traffic daily, it is super annoying to get stuck behind a farm truck with noxious fumes and the recirculate does not block it.
The service advisor says, of course it lets in outside air, or you would suffocate. It was not worth arguing with him, because you can't fix stupid.
Is this a common problem for this vehicle?
