My acadia has a power liftgate. It stopped working. The motor does not operate when the button is pushed. Should I replace the motor P/N: 23142260 or the control module P/N: 20821156. I do not wish to take it to the dealer for a diagnostic check. Wondering if anyone has run into this problem and can help me diagnose it and repair. P.S. It has nothing to do with the lift strut. The motor is not running at all when the button is pushed. Thanks in advance for any help you can lend..
