2015 Yukon Denali moving between Intellilink FM Preset Screens

I've got a 2015 Yukon Denali, I've tried to set up all of my Radio Presets, which creates multiple pages of 15 presets on the intellilink screen. Per the manual, I understand to move from page to page I should only have to swipe my finger across the screen, but I get no response or change on the screen.

Does anyone else have a similar issue or do I have a faulty unit that needs to be taken to the dealer?
