2016 Tire Pressure and Nitro fill

I'm questioning my dealer's readiness of my tire pressure on my 2016 1500 Double Cab. Book and Piller says tires should be 35 PSI [stock 17" Generals]. They now have 31 psi. But, the dealer charged me $49 for "Nitro fill". Should I go ahead and add air?

Is the Nirogen add a bunch of bull?

Yep, you should add air, but maybe you don't have to use the Nitro , I think general air will be good and save money.
