2020 Acadia Driver's Rear Door Water Leak After It Rains

I have a 2020 Acadia Denali and have an issue which comes and goes. After it rains - but not all the time - and I open the the driver's side rear door, water comes out of the bottom. This does not happen with any other door.

I did flag this to the GMC dealer and they supposedly did a water/leak test but could not replicate the issue. They also claim all of the drain holes are clear.

Can someone help by taking a look at this video? This doesn't seem to be normal and I obviously don't want water pooling somewhere.
