I have a 2021 1500 AT4 with a factory installed 7 way trailer plug. My travel trailer has a rear camera that works off of the "parking light" prong of the plug for 12v of power. I can not get the camera to work so I put a volt meter on the plug prong and it is only supplying 10.4 volts. Not enough to power up the camera. Any idea's?
