2024 Sierra 1500 SLT
Has anyone improved the brightness of their reverse/backup lights?
I see direct bulb replacements, but I'm afraid they will cause problems with the wiring or computer. Some say you need to add resistors. I just don't trust them.
My truck is brand new and I really don't want to mess things up.
Instead of direct bulb replacement, has anyone added any other types of surface mounted or hitch mounted reverse lights without drilling holes in the bumper, etc.? I do tow with my truck, so I'm guessing a hitch mounted light would not be feasible.
