33" Tires with IFS. Torsion crank?

[94Sierra4x4]

I want to run 33s on my Sierra without swapping out the ifs. Would I be able to crank the torsion bars enough to run them? I know cranking them up will wear out front end parts sooner, so hopefully I won't have to go all the way..
And, would 2 to 2.5" rear blocks require me to get new brake lines and etc, or is there enough slack in the previous lines?
