I have a 2000 Jimmy and the 4x4 does not engage. When the button is pushed, the light stays on and does not flash and I can hear the transfer case motor shift. I replaced the actuator cable as there were spots where it rubbed through and rusted causing the cable to freeze. I manually moved the shift fork in the front differential while I cable unhooked and it moved freely. While I had the battery out, I checked the actuator and the diaphram held a vaccuum so I'm assuming it works fine. I also replaced the switch on top of the transfer case being that it is a very common issue on these. I replaced a few vaccuum lines as they were leaking. Is there anything else I should check? Any info will help, thanks.

I can also hear the TCCM clicking with every drive selection so this seems to be working properly as well.

You could try putting a vacuum tee and gauge in the line to confirm that the vacuum is being applied when requested.
