Truck is 1999 1500 auto trans 4wd with auto 4wd option 5.3l newer body style. The trucks front wheels dont seem to be getting power, maybe a slight twitching of power. The dash switch goes into and out of 4 hi and 4 lo. I have tried putting different front axle actuator(not new) in and verified power with test light. This shift function is purely electric or is there vacum actuators involved? I noticed a loose rubber hose sitting near the transfer case. I traced it to above the auto transmission where it junctions into 2 hoses, couldnt trace any further.please help
