Hello all, I am new to the forums and am having an issue. First of all. I bought an 01 Jimmy, I am a licensed master technician for KIA and I am asking here before I dig in and figure out the problem. While driving I have noticed that I get a real whirring noise, almost like a wheel bearing(I have replaced both wheel bearings last week as they were bad). Anyway, when the noise is present, if you hit the 4x4 hi button, it goes away, then if you put it back in 2wd it is fine. It randomly does this and I have not yet been able to make it happen constantly. Just wondering if there is a ground somewhere that is common, or if there may be a common short issue. Any info would help. Thanks guys.
