4x4 stopped working on my 2000 GMC Jimmy?

The 4x4 recently stopped working on my '00 GMC Jimmy SLS. Initially the switch would flicker but it would still switch back and forth from 2Hi to 4Hi etc, now the lights on the switch are out completly and it won't switch over. I bought a new transfer case but it didn't do the trick, I also checked all the fuses and those are all okay too. Any ideas what else could be wrong?

It has to be something with the power supply, its hard to test everything, but just keep trying, it might even be the switch if it flickers. Could be a short, thats the best I can do. I'm sorry, but my brother had a GMC jimmy and before it had 70,000 miles on it the whole body pretty much fell off around it.
