89 gmc sierra idling problems?

my truck is idling erratically and it tries to die when accelerating slowly i have replaced fuel filter plugs idk what else to do and i get an error code for running rich

Your fuel pressure may have gone bad and leaking fuel in to your upper intake. Start with that and also inspect and clean your EGR valve with the inspection of your vacuum lines. Your vacuum lines control the EGR valve and fuel pressure regulator. Most likely going to be a bad fuel pressure regulator since you have mentioned that your DTC codes state your running rich.

Keep us posted and your will run it's best with the fuel pressure set to 14 PSI at the TBI and make sure your EGR valve is not sticking and working 100%.
