My 94 has auto trans with the following symptoms. When proceeding from a stop in drive, it will shift very quickly into second, then with a bit longer time in second, to third and quickly into fourth. Result will be fourth gear at about 15 mph. If I select low it will still go to second immediately but will hold in second while I select second or leave in low. It stays in second until I select drive at which time it will go to third and fourth right away. It doesn't do this first thing in the morning, but will usually begin the behavior if I stop and shut down whether I've gone 3 miles or 20 miles. If I leave the engine running it will continue as normal. Changed fluid/filter in trans with no effect. Any thoughts?
