Hey there, I've got the 305 V8 TBI in my 94 Sierra. Leaking coolant and oil out of the intake manifold, so before I tear it down I wanted to ask what I could do from the intake manifold and UP, to get some better performance out of this old dog. Pushing ~300xxx km on the original motor - so I don't want to go to pricy just yet - not until I throw a 5.7 in it when this one goes kapootz.
I've only got an aftermarket air intake and a throttle body spacer at the moment. (pretty basic.)
Lemme know if anyones got any thoughts or tips.
Thanks.

Bumping up my post, any ideas anyone?

Going to replace all/most of the lines I can while I do it..
New distributor, plugs, and wires..
I want to push this little 5.0 to the limit, then throw in a 5.7L. Everything should bolt straight across to it, so I don't mind spending some real dollarrs.. top end kit? new throttle body?

PS If anyone has an affordable and easy DIY 4-6" suspension lift kit that they know of, please shoot me a link! Thank you. Was quoted about $5000 at a shop to do a 6" suspension lift! :| Definitly going to say -F- that, and do it in the driveway.

Thankks, appreciate ANY ideas/comments/concerns.

Cole.
