95 jimmy to 97 jimmy front end conversion

Just bought a 95 jimmy slt 4x4 & the old owner has a 97 jimmy that is just sitting he told me I could take any parts off if I wanted & I want the front clip off the 97. Would it be a direct fit or would I have to modify it???
