95 sierra issue

I have a 95 sierra 5.7L, the engine randomly dies when I am stopped. I have changed the fuel filter and pump, but the problem still persists. Mainly happens at night when the engine is cold.

Any thoughts? Could it be the oxygen sensor?

I would have to do some research but I would lean toasted the egr valve or iac motor. An O2 sensor would just make it run rich. But watch the egr valve make sure itsworking
