95 Sonoma

I have a 95 gmc Sonoma high rider sls 4.3 vortec. It looses power at 2500 rps and idles rough. Also runs rich. I have checked the spider injector for leaks and recealed the plenum. I've changed both O2 sensors. New map sensor, plugs wires, cap, rotor, fuel pump, filter, coil, cam sensor. Probably more if I think about it. When it hit 2500 rpms it losses all power. Engine fluctuates picks up alittle and looses again at about 3000. Full throttle the truck will do pretty good but still not right. I've also replaced the throttle position sensor. Any thoughts of what in gods green earth is wrong with this thing?
