alright my 98 sonoma drives great but has one problem.i have already taken it to numerous mechanics asking what the problem was.they say they fix it.i drive the truck it always drives better but it still randomly stalls.most of the times i will be idling at a light and it will shake and stall.then when i take off after i start it back up it will run a little and randomly stall again.then it will drive perfectly fine!its the same overlooked problem over and over again.anybody have a clue of whats causing this?solutions?

AS mentioned earlier if you have gone through what was suggested, then move on to inspecting the ignition switch it self or the wire harness to the switch it self to be faulty. Keep us posted and what you have done so far to address this issue, be glad to help.

My 98 was doing the same thing and would get a check engine light. The computer was dropping its memory. I finially replaced the computer and haven't had that problem since.
