You need to supply more info. Is the heater on full? In what positions are the heat and a/c control knobs? Was the leak inside or outside the cab? Have you checked radiator fluid level? If leak is inside cab, is the passenger side carpet moist? Have you checked for puddles under carpet?

Good point, sorry about that. the a/c knobs are on cold and it doesn't matter if it's on low or high. The leak was in the eng compartment. I haven't noticed anything in the cab. I have noticed a small leak like it's collant leak but very small. That leak is different from the other that I talked about. Seems there is plenty of "water" in the system...

Hello, i do have noticed that on my cargo van before when i am stop or idle but when running it does goes cold. I did not have any chance at all finding the problem since i customized my clutch fan to electric fan which solves everything. Your getting warm air when idle or stop because your fan clutch not pulling enough air on your a/c condeser which is located in front of your radiator. If i were you i would replaced the fan clutch which i think is broken and replaced the belt as well.

It could be the fan clutch. It could be a low refrigerant charge. It's difficult to say without putting a set of gauges on the a/c system. It could also not be a problem at all. A compressor turning 2,000 rpm will put out more than if it's turning 500 rpm.

The leaking fluid in the engine compartment is most probably the condensation dripping. It's normal
